What is a Mentorship?

A relationship between two people where the individual with experience, knowledge, and connections can pass along what they have learned to another individual.

The mentor has more experience in an area that the mentee is interested in, and so can act as an advisor and guide.  Mentor and mentee agree to enter this mentoring relationship to help the mentee develop, improve, and achieve their goals for professional growth and development.

Many mentorships become long-term relationships as both parties gain value.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-initiated groups of Ever.Ag employees who share a common identity or interest. ERGs can provide an excellent support system within Ever.Ag to foster awareness, respect, and inclusion within the workplace.
