Ever.Ag Names Rhonda Bassett-Spiers Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Chapter of Growth

September 10, 2026

Company strengthens executive leadership with appointments of Paul Crist as Chief Revenue Officer and Troy Meyers as Chief Customer Officer

DALLAS, Texas September 10, 2026

Ever.Ag, a leading provider of technology, data, analytics, and services to the agriculture industry, today announced the appointment of Rhonda Bassett-Spiers as Chief Executive Officer.

Bassett-Spiers brings more than 25 years of experience leading and scaling technology businesses, building high-performing organizations, and driving growth across complex markets. Throughout her career, she has led companies through periods of transformation and growth, with a strong focus on customers, product innovation, operational excellence, and the development of market-leading technology solutions.

As CEO, Bassett-Spiers will focus on strengthening Ever.Ag’s core businesses, deepening its partnerships with customers, accelerating innovation across its software and technology portfolio, and expanding the use of data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to create greater value for customers.

“One of the things that attracted me to Ever.Ag is the opportunity to serve an industry that is fundamental to our economy and our food supply,” said Bassett-Spiers. “Ever.Ag has deep industry expertise, longstanding customer relationships, and a unique position across the agricultural value chain. We have an exciting opportunity to combine that expertise with software, data, analytics, and AI to help farmers, producers, processors, cooperatives, and agribusinesses operate more effectively and make better decisions. I’m excited to partner with our customers and our team as we build on that foundation and invest in the next generation of solutions for agriculture.”

Bassett-Spiers succeeds Scott Sexton, who has spent more than three decades building businesses and serving customers across agriculture. Sexton will continue his relationship with Ever.Ag as a Strategic Advisor, providing his industry experience and perspective to the company’s Board and leadership team.

“Scott’s leadership, vision, and commitment to customers have played an important role in building Ever.Ag and establishing its position in the agriculture industry,” said Stephen Davis of Banneker Partners. “We are grateful for his many contributions and pleased that Ever.Ag will continue to benefit from his experience. We are equally excited to welcome Rhonda. She brings a strong track record of leading and scaling technology companies, developing high-performing teams, and creating meaningful value for customers. We believe she is the right leader for Ever.Ag’s next chapter.”

Ever.Ag also recently strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointments of Paul Crist as Chief Revenue Officer and Troy Meyers as Chief Customer Officer.

Crist will lead Ever.Ag’s global sales and go-to-market organization, with a focus on deepening customer relationships, expanding adoption of Ever.Ag’s portfolio, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Meyers will lead Ever.Ag’s customer organization, with a focus on implementation, support, customer success, and delivering a consistent customer experience throughout the relationship with Ever.Ag.

Together, the appointments reflect Ever.Ag’s continued investment in its customers, people, products, and technology as the company works to advance its mission to empower supply chains to feed a growing world.
