Dairy.com’s Vice President of Sales joins IDFA’s Third Class

FRISCO, Texas – July 20, 2021 – Dairy.com’s Vice President of Sales for Dairy.com and Orbis MES Thomas Filak has been chosen to join a class of only 30 members who will be guided through a leadership journey as a part of the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) NextGen Leadership Program.

Filak is now a member of the third class of the NextGen Leadership Program, a signature program of IDFA’s People Strategy.

“I am excited and humbled to be a part of the program,” Filak said. “I’ve enjoyed working with so many notable members of the dairy industry for ten years, and this is an amazing opportunity to continue to contribute to the future of the industry.” Members of the NextGen Leadership Program will meet regularly over the course of the next year. The class will focus on three core areas, including advocacy, education, and networking. The program’s goals include supporting and preparing dairy industry professionals for leadership roles and guiding class members to make a positive impact on the future of the industry.
