Ever.Ag is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you apply for a job with us through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Please read this notice carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

We may collect and process the following personal data about you:

  • Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, address)
  • Resume/CV and cover letter
  • Employment history
  • Education and qualifications
  • References

Additionally, we may collect information from:

  • Publicly available professional profiles (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Pre-employment screening or background checks (with your consent)

2.  Communication and Texting

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receiving communications from Ever.Ag regarding your job application, including:

  • Email notifications
  • Phone calls or voicemail messages
  • Text messages for application updates, interview scheduling, or other important notifications

SMS terms: Ever.Ag offers you the option to engage in SMS text conversations about your job application. By participating, you also understand that message frequency may vary depending on the status of your job application, and that message and data rates may  apply.  Please consult your carrier for further information on applicable rates and fees. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

By opting-in to receiving SMS text messages about your job application, you acknowledge and agree that your consent data, mobile number, and personal information will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing you with updates and information related to your job application. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If at any time you wish to opt-out of receiving text messages, you can do so by replying “STOP” to any message, or by contacting us at Recruiting@ever.ag.com to update your communication preferences. Please note that opting out of certain communications may affect our ability to keep you informed about your application status.
