Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 package of Neufchatel cheese
- 15 oz container sour cream
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 8 oz. shredded Mexican Blend cheese
- 2 tablespoons Adobo seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Add to a greased slow cooker
- Cook on low for 2 – 3 hours
Mixing occasionally and leaving slow cooker lid off for last 30 minutes
- Serve with tortilla chips
