Connecting the farm to the table, dairy processors turn our milk into the delicious dairy products we love.

With a heavy reliance on a stable and consistent milk supply, processors benefit from efficient ways to reduce waste and costs. Every day new technological advancements come to the market and the dairy industry is no exception.

Efficient supply chain management is crucial for dairy processors to meet consumer demands while minimizing waste and costs. With a focus on the nuances in the dairy industry, our Milk+ platform provides the coordination needed to meet these goals.

Ever.Ag Knows the Dairy Supply Chain – It’s What We Were Built For

Ever.Ag continuously looks to combine digital technologies with dairy expertise to empower processors with solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Within the Milk+ platform, Receiving provides real-time access to critical data across the entire processing cycle; thus, the solution allows processors to leverage data-driven decision making to proactively mitigate risk, optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Receiving streamlines operations through the ability to capture over 90 load attributes efficiently and without paper. The solution is used in the unloading bay to quickly identify and resolve load level shrink. The collaborative tool helps manage the milk receipt process by assimilating pick-up and load level data. Receiving is an easy-to-use interface with a customizable data input screen to tailor the solution to your dairy processing operations.

Orbis MES is a manufacturing execution system that empowers processors to make more and waste less. The solution provides processors with the data intelligence that matters most: from raw ingredients to the final product. Orbis MES maximizes profitability by identifying where losses are occurring by zone, while also enabling the highest possible yield.

Quality is always of the utmost importance to processors; this is where QA Studio LIMS can help. The Lab Information Management System complies with current dairy initiatives for food traceability. Dairy-specific reporting within the solution empowers paperless reporting with low-cost implementation.
