Current data-sharing processes in agribusinesses are manual and fragmented, resulting in lost productivity and revenue potential. Bushel’s technologies aim to solve some of the industry’s biggest challenges and bring the grain supply chain together through connected, standardized, and properly authorized data. By integrating with business software grain merchandisers and ag retailers are already using, it provides a streamlined, efficient way for that business information to get into the hands of producers at any time and in any location. The integration strengthens relationships between agribusiness and farmers. In addition, agribusinesses save time on clerical conversations and can focus communication on improving grain marketing and other strategic business conversations.
“Collaborating within Ag Tech is going to move innovation further along as we break out of technology silos and provide a better experience to the agricultural industry,” said Amy Krauth, Director of Partnerships at Bushel. “Integrations with Merchant Ag and our other ERPs is how we can continue building on agriculture’s digital infrastructure and solve real problems for agribusinesses and their producer customers.”
Last year, Bushel announced an integration with EFC System’s FieldAlytics software to provide spatial, detailed financial models based on scouting, sampling, planning and fertility activities within Bushel powered mobile apps.
