2025 Interns

Antonio Reyes-Muñoz - Dairy On-Farm Solutions Intern

My name is Antonio A. Reyes-Muñoz, and I am the Dairy On-Farm Solutions Intern for the summer. I am currently a senior at Iowa State University, where I am double majoring inAgricultural Studies and International Agriculture. I am originally from Puerto Rico and havebeen involved in agriculture in some capacity since childhood. Growing up on a small hobbyfarm inspired me to pursue this field of study, as it instilled a strong appreciation for theagricultural lifestyle and the work that goes into food production

During my internship, I have been working with the Dairy On-Farm Team at Ever.Ag, bothremotely and on-site through hands-on project opportunities such as traveling to Indiana andWisconsin to assist on client visits and installs. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with differentteams within the On-Farm division, gaining experience with various products like My DairyDashboard, Maternity Warden, Feed King, Ever.Ag Sustainability, and Dalex. Myresponsibilities have included data entry, system onboardings and installations, as well asbuilding standard operating procedures. These tasks allowed me to contribute in meaningfulways to ongoing projects while learning how professional agricultural software is implementedand supported.

Throughout this experience, I have developed valuable professional skills. My translationabilities have improved, especially in technical settings, and I’ve gained a much betterunderstanding of herd management software and project management tools. These arecompetencies that I know will benefit me in my future career. I’ve also learned how to adapt toremote collaboration tools and manage my time effectively, especially when balancing multipleprojects at once.

This internship has reinforced my passion and commitment to the dairy industry and its manycomponents. I’ve been challenged to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained at Iowa StateUniversity, and I truly appreciate being placed in situations that required problem solving andcritical thinking. One of the initial challenges was finding a rhythm at the beginning of theinternship, but that improved as I became more familiar with the systems, team dynamics, andcompany culture.

My experience with the team has been amazing. From the very beginning, every team memberextended a helping hand to ensure I felt welcomed and supported. What made the biggestdifference was the camaraderie within the On-Farm Team. I could reach out to anyone, and theywere more than willing to assist and guide me. My manager has also been incredibly supportiveand essential to my success here. I never once felt undervalued or overlooked. From day one, hemade me feel like part of the team and maintained an open door policy for any issue, no matterhow small

I want to thank the Dairy On-Farm Solutions Team for welcoming me this summer and makingme feel like a valued team member. A special thank you to Brandon Mortas, my direct manager, and Taylor Wittmus, my internship buddy, both of whom played a big role in making my summerat Ever.Ag such a positive and educational experience. Lastly thank you to Ever.Ag for theopportunity to gain experience in the vast agricultural industry.

Caroline High - Commercial Risk Management Intern

Hi all! My name is Caroline High. This summer I joined the Commercial Risk Management team in the Chicago office as a Commercial Risk Management Intern. I am a rising junior at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies with a Concentration in Sustainability and Environmental Management. I grew up in the suburbs of Northern New Jersey, 30 minutes outside of Manhattan. In other words, I grew up as far from anything agricultural as you can imagine. In fact, prior to joining Ever.Ag, the closest I had ever been to a cow was spotting one from the car during a road trip.

I first learned about Ever.Ag through a presentation by Commercial Risk Management team members Brian Fletcher and Matt Gould held at the University of Pennsylvania. Their agribusiness insights inspired me to apply after speaking with employees.

During my internship, I focused on researching, compiling, and organizing data which will support the Commercial team’s client expansion efforts. I also worked to optimizing internal expenses, creating internal procedures to maintain optimization of internal expenses in the future, building financial models, and providing support to members of the Commercial Risk Management team. Beyond these tasks, I gained hands-on knowledge about everything from classes of milk to option Greeks. I was able to take a course to refine my skills in excel and applied what I learned from the course during my internship. I really appreciated the employees that took the time to teach classes to myself and my fellow interns on a variety of topics.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was entering the internship with no formal finance or agriculture background. Though this was very challenging it made the experience more rewarding and pushed me to approach everything with curiosity. I was able to learn financial topics and apply them in a hands-on manner rather than through a textbook, which was a privilege. I also had the amazing support of the entire Chicago office who were nearby to answer any questions I had.

I am incredibly grateful to have experienced the amazing work culture Ever.Ag has to offer. Every member of the Ever.Ag team I had the pleasure of interacting with were eager to support me during my internship and willing to offer a helping hand at a moment’s notice. I was provided with a number of recommendations for food, attractions, events and beyond by my entire office when they learned I had never been to Chicago before. Over the duration of my internship, I visited a dairy farm and cheese manufacturing plant, participated in Ever.Ag’s summer beach volleyball league, and bonded with my fellow interns inside and outside of the office.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Chicago office, and more specifically the members of my team for helping me grow personally and professionally over the duration of my internship. Thank you to everyone that took the time to speak with me, answered my numerous questions, or assisted me with my projects. I am looking forward to applying what I learned during the course of my internship in the classroom and to future endeavors.

Joseph Dabkowski - Cybersecurity Intern

My name is Joseph Dabkowski, and I am currently serving as the Cybersecurity Intern at Ever.Ag for this summer. I am a senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. My passion for cybersecurity and technology began in middle school, when I wrote my first basic malware script on a school computer, sparking an interest in the field. Since then, I have actively pursued knowledge and experience in technology through self-study, computer science classes, participation in tech-related clubs, and a variety of personal projects. In 2022, I enrolled at UT Dallas, where I have significantly expanded my expertise in computer science, engineering, and cybersecurity. During my academic journey, I earned the CompTIA Security+ certification, the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, and completed the UTD Cybersecurity Bootcamp.

These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat analysis, which led me to seek my position here at Ever.Ag.

My internship at Ever.Ag has been centered around one main project: SOC 2 compliance, with several smaller projects as part of it. As part of my support for compliance efforts, I have updated several company-wide documents, including the Information Security Policy. I have created new documentation such as the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Matrix and the Risk Assessment Questionnaire. Additionally, I have assisted account owners in improving security for their cloud environments, supported the configuration of SIEM tools, and researched new cybersecurity tools to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture. To streamline future compliance initiatives, I developed small automation scripts aimed at supporting SOC 2 readiness. Throughout these projects, I developed a wide range of technical, organizational, and soft skills. On the technical side, I gained in-depth knowledge of SIEM tools and their integrations with platforms. I have also learned about how access levels are configured across systems, how to automate compliance using Python, and how to present information effectively. From an organizational perspective, I learned to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear goals for myself, and track progress effectively. In terms of soft skills, I became adept at managing multiple communication streams to gather information, maintaining consistent communication with my supervisor and manager, and adapting quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.

One of the key challenges I faced during my time here was learning how to collaborate effectively across different departments. When working on projects that impact the entire organization, clear, respectful and effective communication is essential. Each team has its own priorities, so it's important to find a balance between what I need and what others can provide. I’ve learned that successful collaboration often means being flexible, supporting others when they assist me and oftentimes filling in gaps when resources are limited. It’s not always ideal, but it keeps the project moving forward. Ultimately, I’ve come to truly understand that while my project may be my top priority, it is almost always not for others. If direct support isn’t available, I find solutions. Sometimes, the best way to proceed with a project is finding workarounds that don’t compromise the integrity of the project. While I have always assumed that this would be a challenge, I came into this position with minimal experience in project management outside of an academic setting, therefore it has been an incredibly valuable experience to learn how to overcome this challenge.

During my time at Ever.Ag, I had the privilege of working as part of the Security Team under the guidance of my manager, Timothy Pope, and my mentor, Roberto Maggi. Both Tim and Roberto have been instrumental in my success throughout this internship. Their willingness to answer questions, provide thoughtful feedback, and assign meaningful projects has greatly enriched my experience and provided me with invaluable experience. Beyond the Security Team, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with many individuals across the organization, both in-person and virtually. Everyone I’ve met here has been consistently welcoming, respectful, and supportive, contributing to Ever.Ag’s positive workplace culture. Although my role was hybrid, I chose to work in-office regularly to fully immerse myself in this environment and benefit from this culture.

As my internship ends, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Timothy Pope and Roberto Maggi for their mentorship and support. Their guidance has provided me with invaluable experience and insight that I will carry forward in my cybersecurity career. I also extend my thanks to the many others I’ve had the opportunity to work with, including members of the IT Team, People Operations Team, Finance Team, and more. Finally, I would like to thank Ever.Ag as a whole for this incredible opportunity. This internship has been a formative and rewarding experience, and I am truly grateful to have been a part of the team for this summer.

Alexis-Rose Murphy - Tax Intern

Hello, I’m Alexis-Rose and I am working as a tax intern in the tax section of the accounting department. I am currently studying for a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation at the University of North Texas. I chose accounting as a field as I enjoy following rules, keeping track of numbers, and spreadsheets. Coming to Ever.Ag was to expand my knowledge and experience within state-based corporation taxes as specifics are not well covered in the education. Working with Ever.Ag as such a wide-reaching company has given me ample opportunity to see all sides of the state-based and even international corporate taxes.

For most of my internship I have been gathering and consolidating information in preparation for the rest of the team to analyze. This includes logins, audit information, sales documents, and other documents for tax projects. While doing this I have been using NetSuite, which I have never used before, as well as continuing my expertise in Excel. Along with this I have been filling some of our state sales and use tax. I consolidated and verified all login information for each state confirming and correcting naming, address, and personal information on file. Getting unexpected exposure to more rare occurrences for an intern to see such as our past acquisitions and how those affect our processes has been enlightening.

This is my first job where I am responsible for my own time. Previously I was told what to do and timelines for when it needed to be done, while here, I am given a lot more freedom. Most days I established what needed to be done and completed it, now since this was the first time I’ve ever done that it required some adjustment. I have learned how to identify things that needed to be done as well as learned to manage my time to get the items done in a reasonable time. I was assigned items as well, but these assignments were often less strict or would require my full attention immediately. With this I had to learn to adapt and adjust my day for this kind of occurrence.

The tax team is a small group of dedicated people who I found were always willing to help me when I needed it. I felt as though I was a part of the team even being involved with discussions with management and chief officers. I also was invited to join calls with the accounting firms we use to be able to see a well-rounded picture of the process of the company. The disconnected virtual culture of Ever.Ag does require effort on everyone’s part to teach and learn more than when in person. Reaching out isn’t just walking over to someone else’s desk, it is sending a message and waiting for them to see it. It has required some adjustments of how I handle asking questions, the more I asked for a call to explain something I found the better I was able to work with my colleagues.

I am incredibly grateful for the mentorship my manager, Joseph and the team, Peter and Hans, have given me throughout this internship. As well as the inviting nature of everyone at Ever.Ag. As I continue working towards my degrees and CPA licensure Ever.Ag will be an important learning experience to have had especially with states and their sales tax.

Gavin Fitzwater - Tier 1 Support Intern

Hello, my name is Gavin Fitzwater. I’m a senior studying Computer Science at Northwest Missouri State University. This summer, I worked as a Tier 1 Support Intern on the dairy side of Ever.Ag, where we help milk producers, drivers, and plants use our Mobile Manifest software to replace paper manifest. Mobile Manifest streamlines milk scheduling, routing, and delivery, allowing real-time tracking from farm to plant, improving record keeping and compliance, all while being an easy to learn and navigate app. This software is also used in tandem with the Fusion platform which handles our more in-depth data, scheduling, and pricing. This combo allows a much more comprehensive platform, that is easy to use but also accomplishes everything the customer needs.

Growing up on a cow/crop farm in rural Missouri, I’ve always felt at home anytime agriculture is part of the conversation. I was constantly looking for ways to modernize processes and improve efficiency around our farm, especially as computers and AI became more common, making Computer Science an obvious path for me. This internship was exactly what I was looking for as our work directly affects dairy sector workers and allows them to get more done.

I’ve had several responsibilities since starting here. My day-to-day work involved taking calls and responding to emails from customers, troubleshooting issues, communicating widespread problems to the team, and accurately recording cases in Salesforce, all while ensuring customers felt heard and confident using Mobile Manifest. Cases ranged from small tasks like removing a trailer or creating a user account to larger, more complex setups such as setting up entire plants or updating settlement processes. With such a wide range of case types and how diverse and interesting the dairy industry workforce is, every workday felt new and engaging. One of my favorite moments was when an older driver sincerely thanked me after I walked him through fixing an issue. It reminded me how impactful our work here can be and that we’re truly helping people in meaningful ways. Handling these cases also helped me develop strong professional communication skills, whether escalating issues, following up with customers by email, or collaborating with my manager and teammates. Strengthening these soft skills has already been a major benefit to my personal and career growth.

My main project this summer was auditing dispatch access for one of our largest customers. With over a hundred accounts with access to hundreds of plants, it was a daunting task but ended up being very rewarding. It gave me plenty of opportunities to grow, especially in using advanced areas of Excel, including building my own Power Query. I also wrote a browser-based script to help automate a large chunk of the project, which gave me experience in JavaScript and in writing clear documentation so that my team could also effectively use these tools independently.

My time at Ever.Ag has been a constant learning experience, gathering knowledge about the software, IT support etiquette, and the complexity of the dairy supply chain. I’ve also learned a lot about how corporate structure works and how to succeed within it, through weekly video calls with HR and meetings with employees who shared their career stories and advice. Working remotely also pushed me to improve my communication even further, since being proactive and clear with my team was essential for solving problems and learning. Overall, this experience has given me a much better understanding of the IT world, helping me to realize where I need to focus my technical studies and what other soft skills will be needed to be effective in the workforce. I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work and learn so much here at Ever.Ag this summer. I would also like to thank my manager, Tim Strobel, and Rick Pomalaza for not only training me, but also their valuable IT insights and guidance on what it takes to succeed in IT

Ashley Gregory - Tier 2 Support Analyst Intern

Hi! My name is Ashley Gregory, and I’m a Tier 2 Support Analyst Intern at Ever.Ag. I’m currently studying Agricultural Business at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois. Growing up in the agriculture industry shaped who I am, I was surrounded by farming, and over time, it became clear that this was more than just a lifestyle; it was my future. That’s what drew me to Ag Business as a major, and ultimately to Ever.Ag for my internship. I wanted to explore how agriculture and technology work together behind the scenes to support producers and customers and this internship gave me that opportunity.

This summer, my main goal was to improve the customer experience through better case management. That involved two main objectives:

Objective 1 was to audit the backlog of cases, especially older ones. I worked to produce a list of cases that could be closed, and another list of cases that required follow-up. Digging through these cases helped identify patterns and gaps in communication, giving our team a clearer view of what needed attention and what was no longer active.

Objective 2 focused on improving the overall case management process. After completing the audit, I created a proposed improvement plan that could help streamline future workflows and reduce the build-up of unresolved cases.

It felt good knowing that even as an intern, I was doing meaningful work that contributed to long-term improvements for the team and for Ever.Ag’s customers.

One of the biggest takeaways from this experience was realizing how important organization and communication are in support roles. At first, working through the backlog was overwhelming, there were more cases than I expected, and it was sometimes difficult to determine which ones needed action. But by breaking things into smaller steps, staying consistent, and asking questions when I needed to, I was able to create a system that worked.

This internship also helped me sharpen technical and analytical skills, especially when identifying trends across cases and thinking critically about ways to improve internal processes. It gave me more confidence in my ability to adapt and contribute in a professional setting, and it made me even more excited about a career that combines agriculture with service and technology

Working at Ever.Ag showed me the importance of a positive team culture. Everyone I worked with from my direct manager to team members in other departments was encouraging and eager to help me grow. I felt like my input was valued, and that made a big difference in how engaged I felt every day.

Even though I was in a hybrid/remote environment, I never felt isolated. I had regular check-ins, opportunities to collaborate, and moments where I could ask questions or just learn by watching how others work. The culture here is all about learning, support, and continuous improvement.

I want to sincerely thank my team, mentors, and everyone at Ever.Ag who helped make this internship a great experience. I learned so much in a short amount of time, and I’m walking away with a better understanding of the work that goes into helping customers and how that work fits into the bigger picture of agriculture and business

Next up for me: I’m heading back to Illinois College to continue my Ag Business degree. But I’ll definitely carry what I learned at Ever.Ag into the classroom and into my future career. This internship has reaffirmed that I’m on the right path, and I’m excited to see where it leads.

Colton Pribyl - Producer Analyst Intern

Being named the Office Hot Chip Champion was not something I ever experienced at any of my previous jobs. My name is Colton Pribyl, and I am a Producer Analyst Intern, Broker/Agent, in the Financial Services department. I am going into my junior year at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. I’m from a small town in northwest Indiana called DeMotte. We were known for our agriculture, so it was not a surprise when I ended up working on a dairy farm in high school.

I also enjoyed learning about financial markets and business, which led me to pursue a degree in finance. At Ever.Ag, I’ve been able to combine both my passions and interests, which is analyzing dairy markets and helping dairy farmers manage their risk.

My key responsibilities during the internship have been assessing clients’ risk management plans and analyzing market trends. I have been able to learn many risk management strategies, including how to utilize futures and options to hedge risk, as well as how to timely purchase insurance policies. The Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) and Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) are both highly utilized and effective risk management tools. Over the course of my internship, I’ve been able to learn the details of these insurances to become more educated in risk management. A key project I am working on this summer is comparing the two different insurance policies, DRP and LGM, to see which insurance is more valuable for farmers. I have pulled data from the past five years and compared them together using dates, milk prices, feed costs, etc. and will present the findings to the dairy producers’ team.

In the beginning of my internship, I was granted access to trading platforms to observe daily market action. On these platforms, I can paper trade to practice new strategies I learn through my classes with a senior dairy agent. I have traded futures and options with multiple strategies, including risk reversals, put/call spreads, 3-ways, and some synthetic options. These classes have also taught me how all the different parts of the exchange and commodity trading systems work, along with key terms and features.

Throughout this internship, I have been fortunate to learn many new life lessons. Firstly, working in the Chicago office and living in the city was a big change for me, but it has been a very enjoyable experience. I have also been challenged with Excel projects that required time and collaboration to complete. Through these projects and presentations, I have learned many new valuable skills that will continue to be useful in the future. Professionally, I have grown by creating three presentations that I presented to my manager about AI in business, DRP and LGM insurance details, and Excel models on the comparison of the two insurance policies. I also had the opportunity to network with many of the company leaders and the dairy agents spread across the country. This experience has helped shape my career goals by giving me a deeper understanding of agricultural markets and how to build effective risk management strategies to better serve clients.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the workplace culture at Ever.Ag. The atmosphere in the Chicago office is incredible. My experience working with the Financial Services team has been very good because everyone is helpful and willing to answer whatever questions I have throughout the day. The team enjoys working together, which makes coming into the office every day a great experience. I am fortunate to have multiple, experienced mentors who know the dairy markets inside and out. The company culture influenced my learning and experience in a positive way because ideas and knowledge are constantly being shared, which allows me to learn new things every day. Also, every week I have been able to have networking opportunities and listen to advice from people who have successful careers in an area I am interested in.

As my internship comes to an end, I want to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Ever.Ag team for giving me the opportunity to learn so much about the industry. This experience has been more beneficial than I could have imagined, and not only from a professional standpoint, but also in terms of team culture and enjoyment. I’d like to specifically thank the Chicago office for making space for me over the past couple of months. My mentors were always willing to help me learn and have fun along the way. I am excited for what is to come, and I can confidently say Ever.Ag has helped prepare me for my future.

Isabella Brown - Milk Accounting Intern

Hi! My name is Isabella Brown, and I am the Milk Accounting Intern at Ever.Ag, working under the Managed Services team. I am a rising junior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, studying Agricultural and Consumer Economics with a focus on Financial Planning. Finance, risk management, and accounting have always sparked my interest and have drawn me towards my career goals.

Growing up on my family’s corn and soybean farm, I have learned a great deal about the importance that finances have on agricultural systems. I like being able to solve problems with numbers and finding concrete evidence to back up my solutions. This internship has given me the opportunity to further my love for agriculture, and to practice real-world problem-solving skills.

During my internship with Ever.Ag, I have been able to assist my manager with daily tasks, including producing and editing videos used on Ever Ag’s customer learning site called Ever Ag University. These videos teach a higher level of understanding to customers about the systems companies use daily. Customers can view these tutorial videos on Ever Ag University as many times as needed, and this can be successful in teaching many new tips and tricks to customers. Further, I have been working with the Managed Services team to present KPI’s to customers. KPI’s provide customers with information to guide decision-making and other analysis by leveraging their own system data. KPI’s are presented in PowerBI, allowing customers to dynamically interrogate this data. This engages customers with the Managed Services team during quarterly reviews and allows customers to see the data from a different angle.

Through these tasks, I have learned many new skills and further developed my knowledge in different technologies. The first website used is Veed, which allows me to edit and finalize videos by using cropping techniques, subtitles, and splitting videos to increase airtime. I also was able to further my knowledge of the use of Microsoft Excel, navigating the many different tools and pages it has to offer.

Throughout this new experience, one challenge I faced was navigating the fast-paced environment during monthly closeouts. I learned through this experience to always ask questions, seek guidance, and learn from experiences. I also learned that accuracy and attention to detail are essential skills when working in finance occupations. Over time, I have become more confident and efficient through working with Ever.Ag. These new experiences and challenges taught me that there is value in persistence and teamwork. This internship has further sparked my interest in agricultural finance and the dairy industry.

The team at Ever.Ag has been nothing short of amazing during my internship. I have been welcomed, introduced, supported, and taught valuable lessons over the summer. My manager has been available to answer questions, check in daily, and made me feel as though I was part of the team. My coworkers have been open for communication, including me in team projects and conversations for me to gain exposure. I have felt valued and appreciated as an intern this summer.

I have learned so much about the company, including the values and goals set in place. The company culture has been incredible- encouraging growth and positivity. Everyone at Ever.Ag has taken the time to work closer with each other to create a positive learning environment for employees to grow and succeed daily. This environment has been extremely helpful when understanding and navigating a new internship and role.

I have connected with other interns, as well as people across the company using LinkedIn and through meetings and work tasks. This has helped me understand the company’s dynamic when it comes to working together and understanding the core values of Ever.Ag.

Thank you Ever.Ag for the opportunity to be a part of a special company! This internship has been very rewarding, and I have learned so much from my team members and co-workers. I have grown as an individual and as a professional throughout this experience and gained knowledge to push me further in my academic and professional careers. The knowledge I’ve gained and the experiences I have had during my time at Ever.Ag will be life lessons that I will take with me throughout every chapter of life.

Jacob Crave - Producer Analyst Intern

My name is Jacob Crave, and I’m currently a Producer Analyst Intern at Ever.Ag’s Chicago office, working with the dairy team in the Financial Services division. I’m a senior at Marquette University, pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting, and I’m also a student analyst in Marquette’s Accelerated Ingenuity in Markets (AIM) program, which has given me a strong foundation in financial research and data analysis.

What drew me to Ever.Ag was my growing interest in investments, risk management, and the dynamic nature of commodity markets. I’ve always been fascinated by how firms strategically hedge their exposure and use data to navigate volatile pricing environments. Growing up on a dairy farm and working at my family’s cheese factory, I had been involved in the day-to-day operations of dairy production—but I had never looked at the markets behind the scenes or thought deeply about price risk and macroeconomic trends. This internship gave me an opportunity to bridge that gap and apply my academic background to an industry I care deeply about.

One of the highlights of the summer was our team trip to Platteville, Wisconsin. This trip was a fantastic opportunity to connect with employees from another office, engage with other interns, and hear about the different functions within Ever.Ag. It was especially valuable to step outside of my usual role and learn how others contribute to the company’s mission from various angles. The casual and collaborative atmosphere during that visit helped me build relationships across departments and gain a broader understanding of the organization.

In my role, I supported the dairy market advisors by contributing to ongoing projects supporting client facing data driven decisions. One of the main projects I worked on involved a quantitative comparison between Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) and Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) insurance products. This project helped me strengthen my Excel modeling skills while expanding my understanding of these tools used to manage dairy producers' risk. I was responsible for compiling data, building comparative frameworks, and working alongside advisors to help create client-facing material. Knowing that my work contributed to strategic decisions made by producers and advisors alike made the experience even more meaningful.

Beyond the technical side of the internship, I truly enjoyed the culture of the Chicago office. Being surrounded by knowledgeable market advisors who were willing to share their experiences and offer mentorship was incredibly valuable. Whether it was a spontaneous eating challenge, a volleyball game, or a discussion about market trends over lunch, I appreciated the balance of professionalism and camaraderie in the office. It made every day not only educational but enjoyable.

This internship has reaffirmed my interest in agricultural finance and commodity risk management. I’m incredibly grateful for the hands-on experience I gained this summer and the supportive environment I was a part of. I’d like to thank Zach Bowers and Jim Matthews for the opportunity to work alongside the talented team in the Chicago office and for helping shape my understanding of market strategy and client service. I hope to carry this knowledge forward in my career—with the ultimate goal of bringing it back home to help grow and manage our family’s dairy and cheese operation.

Shane Griffin - Legal Operations Intern

My name is Shane Griffin, and I had the incredible opportunity to serve as the Legal Operations Intern on the RevOps team at Ever.Ag. I’m currently studying Criminal Justice at Xavier University, where I’m also part of the Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program.

Growing up in a middle-class suburb outside Chicago, I was fortunate to have a stable upbringing. But as I got older, I realized not everyone in my school had the same experience—many classmates faced financial hardship, had to work multiple jobs, or struggled to access basic resources like school lunches. That disparity motivated me to pursue a path in law and politics, aiming to uplift underserved communities and address systemic inequality.

At Ever.Ag, my internship focused on supporting the Legal Operations team by reviewing deals and contracts, organizing documentation, and helping reduce the backlog of approvals in Salesforce (SFDC). Some of my key projects included:

  • Summarizing legal terms and sales order conditions for our top clients
  • Reporting on client-facing publications
  • Sorting through accounts lacking legal contract

Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into how corporate law intersects with operations, compliance, and reporting. I became proficient in Salesforce and developed a deeper understanding of how legal work supports Ever.Ag’s mission to modernize agriculture. I’m especially passionate about sustainability and food access, and it was inspiring to see how our work directly supports farmers and producers across the country.

One of the challenges I faced was adjusting to the corporate environment. Having never worked in a corporate setting before, I initially felt overwhelmed by the pressure to be professional and deliver results. However, with guidance from my manager and teammates, I grew more confident and comfortable asking for help. This experience helped me improve my communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to collaborate within a team.

Working with the RevOps team was an all-around amazing experience. The culture was both energetic and supportive, and I always felt welcomed and valued. My mentor, Morgan, was instrumental in helping me acclimate and grow into my role. Everyone I worked with was kind, responsive, and eager to help me learn.

One of the highlights of my internship was the chance to speak with our outside counsel, which expanded my professional network and exposed me to real-world legal practice. I also appreciated the weekly coffee chats, which gave me the chance to explore other areas of the company, including risk management and sustainability.

This internship has reinforced my passion for law and social impact, and I’m extremely grateful to the RevOps team and Ever.Ag for the opportunity. I’m excited to carry the skills and experiences I’ve gained into the next phase of my academic and professional journey.

I want to thank my RevOps team for helping me so much during this internship and Ever.Ag for the many opportunities for me and the other interns this summer. I am so excited for the future with my experience at Ever.Ag and look forward to using my experience in future endeavors.

Jack Opperman - Market Advisor Intern

My name is Jack Opperman, and I am from Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. I’m currently pursuing a degree in agricultural business and economics at Iowa State University. This past summer, I worked as a market advisor intern with the grain team in the Platteville office. This career field chose me, as agriculture has always been a part of my life with experience in the dairy industry and a passion for the commodity markets.

Luckily, through EverAg, I can exercise both passions as my purpose is to help the GMAs with various projects and tasks by being up to date on markets and creating headlines to update clients on current events within the grain industry. I have been able to make a calculator that will assist GMAs with the costs of carry. This gives the GMA the ability to pick an adequate destination for the delivery of grain while considering the costs of freight, storage, and carry. I have also been able to be a part of creating the market update headlines that are being sent to clients.

As I wrap up my internship with EverAg, I have begun working with GMAs to build the cost of production for clients to better assess the appropriate risk management measures. Through working on the cost of production, the vault and VGS platform have helped me significantly by putting in the correct information required for the production price.

My internship has brought many eye-opening experiences. It has shown me the constant path of learning that is needed, such as learning about hedging strategies and the options market. Having a humble mindset through these learning curves has helped me tackle the vast challenges of these new subjects. Multiple moments have led to this personal growth, especially with a better understanding of the market and assessing the proper risk management measures to better meet the client's needs. This experience has deepened my understanding of the importance of putting the client first and ensuring the needs of each one are uniquely treated to obtain the proper individualized risk management steps.

Despite having the opportunity to work in the career area I enjoy the most, my favorite part has been the people who make up the team I work with daily. I have never felt alone when approaching these challenges, as my team has always been there to support me. Every question that I have had, no matter how dumb they felt to me, has been answered professionally with an extreme amount of patience and respect. I would not have been able to grow in my professional career, and as a person, if it weren’t for the people in the Platteville office who have been there with me every step of the way. I have also been fortunate enough to network with various people across EverAg, through the events held by HR and team calls with clients. The culture that I have been part of has given me the confidence and patience to pursue a career in the commodities market.

I want to thank everyone in the Platteville office for giving me their patience and attention while I grow my knowledge and experience in commodity markets. I appreciate the commitment to help me grow my understanding, and I will always cherish the lifelong connections I have made. I would also like to thank Kristin Stien for giving me this opportunity to be a part of EverAg this summer; it has truly been a great experience. I could not be more grateful for the opportunity. I am excited about what the future holds for me and the career I intend to pursue in the commodity market as I return for my Junior year at Iowa State University!

Aly Anderson - Grain Market Advisor Intern

Hello everyone! My name is Aly Anderson, and I am a Grain Market Advisor Intern out of the Platteville office this summer. I first attended Highland Community College in Freeport, Illinois before transferring to UW-Platteville where I will be a senior in the fall, majoring in Ag Business. I grew up on a small beef farm and have shown cattle my entire life. My connection and passion for the ag industry has led me to my internship with Ever.Ag. There are so many opportunities in this industry, and I found that Ever.Ag sounded like a great place to take a deeper dive and figure out how I can work to help producers to be more productive and efficient.

As an intern, I have the opportunity to join a lot of calls with the GMAs in order to listen in and take notes on how they discuss marketing plans with their clients and learn more about the markets. In the Platteville office, Jack and I are responsible for writing the headlines each week, as well as updating PowerPoints as new charts come out, which are used by the GMAs during their client calls. My larger project for the summer is to use data that has been compiled to develop an understanding of what makes a successful trader and a successful marketer. The goal is to understand how Ever.Ag can help farmers to be more successful and profitable. We are also getting started on taking a deeper dive into the cost of production for our customers, involving the use of FieldAlytics and Vault.

There is so much to learn and understand in this industry and I came in knowing nothing! In addition to market knowledge and lingo, I have been able to learn a lot about Excel and using a few different formulas in order to complete my project. Being proficient with the different software being used is also extremely helpful and important.

I had some challenges with technology throughout my project and realized that it is key to pay close attention to detail. Although these things may be frustrating at times, it is important to use your resources and ask for help when you need it! I have learned a ton, not only about Excel and different software that is used here, but also how to better communicate with colleagues and work as a team.

Before starting this internship, this is a career path that I had honestly never seen myself taking. Although I still have a ton to learn, everything that I have done throughout my internship has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me realize that this could be a career opportunity that I would truly enjoy.

I would like to genuinely thank everyone that I have been lucky enough to meet and work with here at Ever.Ag. Although I have certain projects assigned to me, I have realized that asking for help and support when I need it is absolutely welcomed! This team of people is awesome, and it has been great to meet and learn from so many amazing individuals that are so knowledgeable about this industry. Ever.Ag as a whole has been a wonderful company to work for and I can understand why so many have spent much of their careers here!

As I am nearing graduation, I am very excited to see where my next chapter takes me. This experience has truly allowed me to grow as a person, so I know that I will apply much of this to any career I might have in the future! Thank you all so much for this cherished opportunity!

Gabriel Waszak - Feed Market Advisor Intern

Ever.Ag! Hi, my name is Gabe Waszak. I am currently a rising senior attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Agri-business Markets & Management. This summer I am joining the Feed Foundations team as a Feed Market Advisor and working in our Chicago Office. Cows gotta eat! I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, in a town called Wheaton. I chose to pursue an agricultural degree because of my uncle. He owned a farm and got the same degree from U-of-I that I am currently pursuing. He had been a role model for me my whole life and encouraged me to take this route, despite not growing up around tons of agriculture. I hope to continue working with the Commodity markets, especially within risk management.

This summer at Ever.Ag, I’m working closely with Jake Kingsley, Meg Johnston, Jim Matthews, and the Feed Foundations team. My main responsibilities include developing feed resources and analyzing markets from feed, grain, and producer perspectives. One of my key projects involves using Microsoft Power BI to create interactive reports for team members and management. I’ve learned Power BI through online courses and guidance from peers like Claire Hemmi and Jorge Romero. Another project I’m contributing to with Meg Johnston is building a feed pricing repository. We use proprietary data to support client advisory and visualize price trends over time and across regions. I’ve also gained experience with QST, where I practice trade strategies and analyze real-time market movements using both technical and fundamental analysis. Additionally, being based in the Chicago office has given me valuable exposure to the producer and commercial sides of the dairy industry, helping me gain a well-rounded understanding of the market and learn from a variety of professionals

I’ve faced a few challenges since joining here at Ever.Ag. One of which was collaborating with team members online. The Feed team is largely spread out across the country, which has forced me to learn that communication is the foundation of everything we do. I found that daily communication and meetings allowed me to connect with my team members and be far more productive. I have found that I learn most effectively by simply having conversations centered around current obstacles and laying out solutions with my co-workers. One other challenge I’ve faced is learning how to become helpful to others in a new environment – I found that having specialized skills and knowledge allows others to learn from you. So far, I’ve found that I really enjoy analyzing the market and staying up to date with current market factors. I love learning about all the different sides of the industry and how many moving pieces have to be factored into the decision-making process. This has allowed me to realize how important and interesting risk management is.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work in such a supportive and mentorship-driven environment. Each day, I’ve had meaningful conversations with members of the Feed team who are eager to share their market knowledge and experiences. The Chicago office has also given me valuable insights from both commercial and producer perspectives. My peers have encouraged me to connect with others across Ever.Ag—whether through Coffee Chats or seeking advice on projects—which has helped me grow professionally. The welcoming culture here extends beyond work; we play in a rec volleyball league every Wednesday and often grab pizza afterward, giving me a chance to bond with coworkers outside the office. Ever.Ag has inspired me to stay curious and continue learning, all within a collaborative and community-focused culture. All in all, this internship has been incredibly impactful. I want to extend a huge thank you to Jake Kingsley, Meg Johnston, Jim Matthews, and the entire Feed team for the opportunity. I’m excited for the rest of the summer and to continue building my career in agriculture

Obinna Clement Nwachukwu - Database Management Intern

Hi, my name is Obinna Clement and I’m a Database Management Intern on the Sales and Revenue Operations team at Ever.Ag. I’m currently an incoming senior at Texas State University, majoring in Finance. I’ve always had a passion for business and finance, and I’ve known for a while that I wanted to work in a corporate environment where I could make a real impact. Ever.Ag gave me the chance to do just that working at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations.

I was drawn to Ever.Ag because of its mission to empower agriculture through innovative technology and data solutions. The company is making a real difference across the country, and I wanted to be part of that. As a finance major with a growing interest in data analytics and sales operations, I saw this internship as the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience while learning how data can drive smarter business decisions. I hoped to get hands-on experience with Salesforce and other tools, understand how a high-performing sales operations team functions, and contribute meaningfully to the organization.

Over the summer, I worked on several key projects including adding Sales Order Dates to support renewals reporting, creating renewal opportunities for both current and future fiscal years, and performing field audits within Salesforce to ensure clean and complete data. I participated in daily Salesforce stand-ups, one-on-one check-ins with my supervisors and team members, and team meetings like DealHub syncs and Company Pro Tips. Weekly coffee chats and Lunch & Learn sessions gave me the chance to network across departments and hear from different people throughout the company.

Throughout my internship, I had the chance to build skills in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and more. These tools became central to my daily work, and learning how to use them effectively was a big part of my professional growth. One of the early challenges I faced was learning how to navigate new platforms I wasn’t familiar with. I overcame this by staying curious, asking questions, and never hesitating to reach out for help. The team was always willing to walk me through processes, explain tools, and provide encouragement, which made all the difference.

One of my biggest growth moments came when working with thousands of records felt intimidating. But over time, I became more comfortable identifying patterns, spotting issues, and implementing solutions. I also learned the importance of asking thoughtful questions, sharing updates proactively, and working collaboratively with others. These experiences not only helped me grow professionally but also built my confidence as a contributor in a business and corporate environment.

This internship helped shape my career goals in a big way. While I’ve always been interested in finance, I discovered a true passion for working with data. I now see myself pursuing a career that blends finance, operations, and analytics. Working with clean, well-managed data to support decision-making has shown me how valuable these skills are in any business setting, and I’m excited to explore future roles that allow me to continue growing in this direction.

Working with the Sales and Revenue Operations team was a highlight of my experience. From day one, everyone was welcoming, supportive, and eager to help. Many team members reached out to set up one-on-one meetings, which helped me feel connected and valued. Every interaction whether in a team meeting or a casual chat was positive and encouraging. I always felt comfortable asking for help, and I appreciated how responsive and collaborative everyone was.

The company culture at Ever.Ag had a huge impact on my learning. It’s a place where curiosity, growth, and teamwork are encouraged every day. I never felt like just an intern. I was trusted to contribute to real projects and take initiative. That level of trust pushed me to grow and made the experience even more meaningful. Everyone I interacted with, regardless of department, was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Sales and Revenue Operations team and everyone at Ever.Ag for making this such a meaningful experience. A special thank you to Ashlee and Sarah for selecting me for this opportunity. It truly means a lot. I'm also thankful to Jamie, Richard, Kelley, and Morgan for their support, guidance, and everything I’ve learned from them. Their mentorship made a lasting impact, and I feel lucky to have interned at a company that genuinely values its people.

As I head into my senior year at Texas State University, I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned this summer into my classes, future internships, and career. This experience broadened my skills and clarified my interests, and I’m looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me next.

Ryan Boersma - Implementation and Delivery Intern

Howdy! My name is Ryan Boersma, and I am an intern in Implementation and Delivery at Ever.Ag. I work with the supply chain team to support training, plant operations, client communications, and data analysis for Mobile Manifest. I am currently a student in the Master of Agribusiness Program at Texas A&M University, where I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. I grew up on a family dairy farm in northeast Texas where I was involved in daily operations and management.

At Texas A&M, I served as an officer in the Dairy Science Club and am an active member of several other organizations. During my time in college, I completed multiple internships in the dairy industry on large dairy operations in the Texas panhandle and a milk logistics company. I also attended the U.S. Dairy Education and Training Consortium in Clovis, New Mexico where I first heard about Ever.Ag. It is these experiences and growing up on a farm that have driven my passion for agriculture, and I chose Ever.Ag to gain a deeper understanding of how technology drives efficiency in the agriculture supply chain.

Over the course of my internship, I have had the opportunity to work on several key projects implementing Mobile Manifest. For those unfamiliar with Mobile Manifest, it is a supply chain management tool for milk procurement to streamline data collection, reduce data entry errors, and allow for real time visibility of truck loads from pickup at the farm to delivery at the plant. It replaces the traditional use of paper, and over 25% of all milk loads in the United States are tracked through Mobile Manifest. The tool also communicates with other Ever.Ag applications, such as Payroll and Dispatch. During these projects, I communicate with producers, haulers, and milk processors throughout the implementation process and conduct trainings on using the software. Additionally, I travel across Texas to these producers to “tag” (place a QR code) and register their bulk tanks, and have been on site at milk plants on their first day of using Mobile Manifest to make sure everything went smoothly. Throughout my travels, I receive valuable feedback about Mobile Manifest from producers, truck drivers, and milk plants, and these insights are valuable and will be considered in future implementations. Working on these projects has allowed me to learn firsthand how to use the application and see the efficiency it facilitates.

This internship has taught me many things that have fostered my professional development. Before Ever.Ag, I had limited experience working in a virtual environment. Because my internship is designed to be remote, I have quickly learned in a short time about professionalism, etiquette, and norms in a virtual workspace. Another area that I have broadened my experience in is customer relations. Prior to this summer, I did not have much exposure to interacting and communicating with customers on a daily basis, and my role in implementation has enabled me to gain this knowledge. These are skills that I will continue to use in my academic and professional career.

Interning at Ever.Ag has allowed me to experience one of the greatest company cultures that exists. Ever.Ag fosters a sense of community in working together towards a common goal. Working with my team implementing Mobile Manifest, I have experienced this. I do not feel like “just an intern,” but part of something bigger that is making a difference. Because of this atmosphere, I have been able to actively engage with the projects I work on, positively impacting my experience and learning.

Throughout my internship, I have been fortunate to work alongside individuals who share the same drive of forward thinking, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I would like to thank my manager, Brian Kresse for teaching me about Mobile Manifest and other applications related to supply chain management. I sincerely appreciate his guidance and support, and for allowing me to play a contributing role in projects. I would also like to thank Ever.Ag for the incredible opportunity to learn about how technology can drive efficiency, network with industry professionals, learn valuable professional skills, and become exposed to a completely different side of agriculture that I have not experienced before. I have had a positive, meaningful experience throughout my internship, and I am excited about potential career opportunities at Ever.Ag after I complete my master’s degree. Thank you again Ever.Ag and team for believing in students like me to be part of an amazing organization!

Celeste Barslow - IT Help Desk Intern

Hi! My name is Celeste Barslow, and I’m an IT Help Desk Intern at Ever.Ag, currently studying at The University of Texas at Dallas. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and that passion naturally led me to the field of Information Technology. I love solving problems and making things work better, and this internship has been the perfect opportunity to do just that.

When I joined Ever.Ag, I was excited to gain real-world experience and contribute to a company that values innovation and teamwork. From day one, I felt like I was part of something meaningful.

What I’ve Been Working On

My main responsibility as an intern is to assist employees with any technical issues they encounter. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, helping with account access, and ensuring that everyone can work efficiently and securely.

One of the most impactful projects I’ve worked on is the rollout of Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access policies. This project is all about improving the company’s data security by ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive information. Being part of this rollout has taught me a lot about enterprise-level IT systems and the importance of cybersecurity in today’s workplace.

I’ve also learned how to use new tools and systems, including ticketing platforms, remote support software, and mobile device management tools. These experiences have helped me build both technical and communication skills that I know will be valuable in any IT role.

Lessons and Growth

Like any new experience, this internship came with a learning curve. There were times when I didn’t immediately know how to solve a problem, but I learned to stay calm, ask questions, and keep digging until I found a solution. That persistence paid off and helped me grow more confident in my abilities.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that IT isn’t just about fixing things, it’s about understanding people’s needs and finding the best way to support them. That mindset has helped me become a better communicator and a more thoughtful problem-solver.

This internship has also helped me clarify my career goals. I now know that I want to continue working in IT support and eventually move into cybersecurity. The hands-on experience I’ve gained at Ever.Ag has given me a strong foundation to build on.

Team and Culture

The team at Ever.Ag has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. My manager and coworkers have taken the time to mentor me, answer my questions, and include me in meaningful projects. I’ve never felt like “just an intern”—I’ve felt like a valued member of the team.

The company culture here is one of collaboration, learning, and respect. Everyone is encouraged to grow and contribute, no matter their role. That kind of environment makes a huge difference, especially when you’re just starting out in your career.

I’ve also had the chance to connect with other interns and professionals across departments, which has helped me understand how different teams work together to support the company’s mission.

Thank You, Ever.Ag

As my internship comes to an end, I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Ever.Ag who made this experience so rewarding. I’ve learned so much, grown as a professional, and gained a clearer vision of where I want to go next.

Whether I’m heading back to school or stepping into a new opportunity, I’ll carry the lessons and experiences from this summer with me. I’m excited for what’s ahead—and incredibly grateful to Ever.Ag for helping me take this important step forward.

Will Penny - Customer Success Intern

Hey everyone, my name is Will Penny, and I'm the Customer Success Intern at Ever.Ag. I'm from Raleigh, North Carolina, and I'm currently studying Agricultural Business Management at NC State University. Growing up around agriculture and being hands-on with equipment and land management sparked my interest in how technology can improve operations across the ag industry. That's what drew me to Ever.Ag. Where tech, strategy, and agriculture come together to solve real-world problems.

When I started my internship, I didn't know I'd be helping shape part of the onboarding experience for future new hires. But that quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of my summer. It started small, helping to organize information about FieldAlytics. It then evolved into building a roadmap, designing onboarding materials, and centralizing resources for integration software. It's been a lot of research, planning, and learning on the fly, but it's rewarding to know that what I'm working on will be used to help people hit the ground running.

A significant part of my internship has been gathering information on integration software that connects with FieldAlytics. I spent weeks gathering info on tools like Agvance, AGRIS, Razor Tracking, Kahler Automation, and Merchant Ag, to name a few. My goal was to create a "one-stop shop" for all the integration tools we use, so new hires and current employees don't feel overwhelmed hunting down help docs or setup instructions. I've also been helping shape the onboarding timeline, breaking it down week by week to include clear goals, interactive training, and mentor-led support. I even helped reword internal communications and slide content to make things easier to digest. The CS team also had a new hire start last week, so I'm eager to see everything I have been working on come into play. I plan to work with the new hire and identify areas for improvement along their journey.

One of the biggest things I've learned is how to work independently and take initiative. There were times I had no idea where to start or who to ask, but instead of getting stuck, I just kept digging. Whether it was tracking down a help video from a random ERP site or cleaning up a long list of platform names, I learned how to be resourceful and detail-oriented. I also got more comfortable asking questions when I needed help, and I never felt like I was bothering anyone. Everyone here has been super supportive.

Speaking of the team, I've felt like part of the group since Day 1. My manager, Nellie, has been excellent at giving guidance while also trusting me to figure things out. And even though it's a remote company, people still make time to check in or chat. Being part of that kind of culture, where collaboration and curiosity are encouraged, made a difference in how much I learned this summer.

As I continue my internship, I'm grateful for all the support and opportunities I've had so far at Ever.Ag. I've already learned a great deal, taken on meaningful projects, and begun to grow both personally and professionally. I'm excited to keep building on that momentum and see how much more I can contribute and learn during the rest of my time here.

Past Interns

Morgan Bushey - 2022 Sales Operations Intern
I’m Morgan, the 2022 Sales Operations intern at Ever.Ag. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2022 with a degree in Agribusiness and later earned my Master of Business Administration in 2024. What made my experience unique was the opportunity to apply my roots in agriculture to a business setting and learn how our agriculture technology products help support each moving part throughout the supply chain.

In my sales operation’s role, I was responsible for helping maintain data cleanup in Salesforce, reporting, and adding assets. The main project I had worked on over the summer was going through the FieldAlytics and Merchant Ag sales order and creating sales order and asset records for them in Salesforce. By entering this information into Salesforce, we gained a clear overview of what our customers have purchased and their renewal timelines.

One of the challenges I faced was learning how to better understand the sales orders. While some were straightforward, others required more time and attention to accurately extract the necessary information. Learning Salesforce and how to navigate it properly was also another challenge I faced, but I was able to better my Salesforce knowledge with Salesforce Trailhead learning. I was also able to lean on my team for support and guidance. Their mentorship, combined with hands-on practice, helped me gain confidence and improve my efficiency over time.

This internship also contributed to my professional and personal growth in meaningful ways. I was able to learn the importance of a CRM and how they support overall business operations. While on a personal level, I was able to build confidence in my work as well as developing a mindset of continuous learning of Salesforce. Working in the ag tech and supply chain space broadened my understanding of the diverse jobs and career opportunities within the industry.

Working with my team was an amazing experience. My manager and teammates were incredibly supportive and never hesitated to answer my many questions. They genuinely cared about my success. The company’s culture also had a significant impact on my growth. With this supportive environment I was able to learn and explore different parts of the business operations.

I would highly recommend an internship with Ever.Ag. The company provides a supportive and engaging environment where you’re encouraged to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally. For any future interns, always ask the question, no matter how small they may seem. Everyone was always open and willing to answer my questions and provide help when needed. Always join the coffee chats that Ashlee Harwell puts together. These coffee chats give you the ability to network and understand more of the business. Don’t be afraid to take on new challenges, the goal of the internship is to learn, develop new skills, and even learn from mistakes! I also kept notes of what I did throughout my internship, which was very helpful for future me.

I am incredibly thankful for my internship opportunity with Ever.ag and grateful for my manager, Sarah Shutts, for always guiding me, supporting my growth, and wanting the best for me. Also, thank you to my onboarding buddy, Dillon Booth, for always being helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience so much that I got to stay on as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator and now I am a certified Salesforce Administrator. I just celebrated my three years on May 23rd! It’s really rewarding to see the work I contributed during my internship still being used today and that it made an impact. I am grateful to be part of a team and company that continues to invest in my growth and success.

Kelly Dam - 2024 Data Management Intern
Hi everyone! My name is Kelly and I am the Database Management Specialist in the Sales Operation department. This past summer, I graduated from UNT and completed my internship with Ever.Ag. I came into this internship excited to learn, but what’s made it truly unique is how hands-on and impactful the experience has been. From day one, I’ve been trusted with meaningful work that contributes to the bigger picture—something that’s not always the case in internships!

During my internship, I focused on backend tasks within Salesforce, including deduplicating records, updating outdated fields, and assisting my mentors with data preprocessing for bulk imports. This data cleanup project proved to be an ongoing effort, essential as long as new data continues to flow in. Through this experience, I enhanced my Excel skills, strengthened my data management capabilities, and developed a deeper understanding of how CRMs contribute to business operations.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning the ins and outs of Salesforce. It’s a powerful tool, but it comes with a learning curve! With support from my team and a lot of hands on practice, and many hours on Trailheads, I not only got comfortable navigating it but also began thinking critically about how to improve it for others! This internship has helped me grow professionally and personally. I’ve developed stronger communication skills, become more confident in voicing ideas, and discovered a genuine interest in systems and process improvement. It’s shaped how I see my future career! I’m now interested in administrative roles that sit at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user experience.

Working at Ever.Ag has been incredibly rewarding! The team is collaborative, supportive, super patient and always open to questions. My mentors took the time to guide me, give thoughtful feedback, and help me connect with others in the company. The company culture is a huge part of what made this internship meaningful. There’s a strong, shared commitment to growth and an “all in” mindset that fosters unity and collaboration throughout the organization. I’ve learned the value of teamwork, adaptability, and open communication, all of which I know will be invaluable in my future career.

A little advice from me: stay curious, ask lots of questions, and don’t shy away from the unknown. That’s where the real learning happens. The more you lean in, the more you’ll get out of it. And if you’ve never used Notepad before… trust me, that’s about to change! Keep track of your projects and take time to reflect. It’s easy to overlook your growth while you’re in the thick of it, but you’ll be surprised how far you’ve come when you look back.

I’m incredibly grateful to my team, mentors, and everyone at Ever.Ag for making this internship such a positive and inspiring experience. A special shoutout to my onboarding buddy who was truly the best guide I could have asked for and I’m fortunate to be working alongside her to this day! I’m glad the journey didn’t end there. Ever.Ag brought me on beyond the internship, and I’m excited to see what’s in store. I’m especially looking forward to learning more about the unique and complex world of agriculture and continuing to grow alongside such a dedicated team.

To steady growth, exciting challenges, and the path ahead with Ever.Ag!
